2011 saw increases in domestic violence in Central PA, particularly in Cumberland County, so it was encouraging to see our own Attorney General, Linda Kelly, join other attorneys general across the country in asking Congress to reauthorize the Violence Against Women Act.
What can you do to help? For starters, you can check out some upcoming fundraisers at Domestic Violence Services of Cumberland & Perry Counties. Be sure to visit the rest of their wesbite while you are there.
